If you have purchased any videos through the Xbox Video marketplace on either the 360 or the Xbox One then a Windows Phone is definitely the way to go, especially if you have kids. I have around 25-30 movies purchased (mostly Pixar type), and it's a godsend for keeping the kids occupied when waiting at the doctors office, in the car, wherever, ect.
